1. International Shipping & Customs

Abib currently offers international shipping exclusively to the United States.
All orders are shipped via UPS, UPS Mail Innovations (UPS MI), or DHL.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total shipment weight, which includes:

  • Ordered products

  • Free promotional items (if applicable)

  • Packaging materials

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These charges:

  • Are not included in the product or shipping price

  • Are entirely the customerโ€™s responsibility, even during free shipping promotions

๐Ÿ’ก Free gifts are declared at their original value (e.g., $15 USD) on the commercial invoice and may incur import-related charges.

Order Processing Time: 3โ€“5 business days
Estimated Delivery Time After Dispatch:

  • UPS: 3โ€“5 business days

  • UPS MI: 5โ€“7 business days

  • DHL: 5โ€“7 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to customs procedures or other external factors.


2. Order Fulfillment

  • Unfulfilled: Order has been placed and payment confirmed. It is currently being prepared.

  • Fulfilled: Order has been shipped. Tracking information is available under My Orders.


3. Payment Methods & Shipping Fees

Accepted Payment Methods (U.S. customers):

  • Major credit cards

  • PayPal

  • Shop Pay

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout once the delivery address is entered.
Total shipping weight includes free gifts and packaging.


4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

4.1 Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances, except in cases of:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items received


4.2 Refunds

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Send photo documentation to: global.abib@fourco.co.kr

  • Upon verification, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed.

  • Partial refunds may apply in cases of minor damage.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the entire order is defective or damaged.

๐Ÿ“ธ Refund Requests Due to Skin Irritation or Breakouts
If you experience a skin reaction from using our products, please provide the following information for internal review:

1. Photos of the affected area

  • Include before and after photos if possible

  • Ensure the location and severity of the reaction are clearly visible

2. Details about when the reaction occurred

  • Briefly describe when you started using the product and when the symptoms began

  • If available, provide evidence of the photo date (e.g., photo metadata, phone screenshot)

Each case will be carefully reviewed, and eligible refunds or compensation will be provided accordingly.

๐Ÿ“ญ Non-Delivery
If your package is not received within 10 business days after shipment, please contact customer service.
If the carrier confirms the shipment was lost, a full refund will be issued.


4.3 Returned Shipments

Insufficient/Wrong Address Shipping fee deducted
Unclaimed / Not Picked Up Full refund, minus shipping fee
Unpaid Customs Duties Shipping fee deducted
Refused by Customer Shipping fee deducted (unless refusal is verified with documentation)

5. Delivery Confirmation & Liability

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier and a Proof of Delivery (POD) is available, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

If the customer requested front-door, porch, or unattended delivery and the carrier confirms fulfillment:

  • Abib holds no liability for lost, stolen, or missing packages after POD has been issued

  • No compensation, refund, or replacement will be provided in such cases

We recommend customers:

  • Choose secure delivery options

  • Monitor tracking updates closely

By placing an order with Abib, customers agree to this policy.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations may only be requested if the order is still in "Unfulfilled" status

  • Contact: global.abib@fourco.co.kr with your order number

  • Once the order is marked as "Fulfilled" (i.e., shipped), cancellations are no longer possible
